Game development at Gamenest has six stages.
Every great game starts with a concept. We know a good idea when we hear one, and we have the experience to make a good idea great. Before you start coding, talk to us about the game you want to build and ask us how we can make it even better.
Work on the game can only start when every part of the game has been planned. You need to know the characters, the settings, the storyline, the gameplay, the challenges and their solutions before you can even fire up the game engine and start populating your game world. We’ll work with you to plan your world.
Video games are visual games. How they look determines how they feel, the nature of the experience, and the chance that players will recommend the game to their friends. Whether your game requires beautiful 2D art or immersive 3D visuals, we’ll take your vision and put it on the screen.
We use Unity, a game development platform that allows our developers to create unique games in 2D or 3D, as well as in Virtual and Augmented Reality. Guided by the game design, we’ll add the game art and develop the gameplay that makes for an experience that’s enjoyable, exciting, and always entertaining.
Blasting zombies is fun; running into bugs not so much. We employ a dedicated QA team to run tests and make sure that every part of the game works the way it should. The games that we make aren’t ready for release until they’ve been tested to destruction.
The last stage of the process is sending the game out into the world. We’ll help you with that too. We’ll produce marketing material that draws attention and tells players why this is a game that they just have to play—and beat. We’ll help you through distribution and we’ll work with you to make the most of the market.
